Doug has been serving pastors and churches since 2001 in his role with Compassion. His heart’s cry is to see children stand with dignity in the knowledge that they are known and loved by Jesus even though they are devalued and marginalized in so many places around the world. He is passionate about seeing the next generation reached with the gospel through a holistic approach that builds a lasting faith. Doug and his wife, Sarah, have three sons and live near Greensboro, NC.
